Integrity Maintenance is a family‑run business led by Zachary Winn and his wife, Melissa. With decades of experience as a Boilermaker, along with extensive machine maintenance, equipment repair, outdoor services, and agricultural cultivation, Zack brings solid, practical knowledge to every job. He’s a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in careful, dependable work and helping people with the projects they need done.

Service Limitations

Integrity Maintenance provides minor repair and maintenance services. We are not licensed electricians or plumbers and do not perform work that requires a professional license, including new electrical circuits, panel work, in‑wall wiring, major plumbing line installation, water heater service, or any work requiring permits. All services offered are limited to legal minor repairs, replacements, and equipment maintenance.”
